I attended the “Practical E-mail Writing Workshop” with my team last week. The instructor is very enthusiastic, succeeds to capture  the interest of the audience. He is detailing clearly the intended outcome of the workshop. He is very responsive to all questions, making the WS highly Interactive.

He is delivering cross-cultural issues and we clearly understand how a written business e-mail can make or break  our business deal.

The team received useful and creative tools to improve their actual skills – Ofir gave the location of the tool on the Internet and how to

use it.

He left his audience with a solid understanding of the main points we should understand to improve our English E-mails Writing.
